• Amcrest’s NV4108-A2 8-channel NVR has a maximum capacity of 10TB for hard drives and allows for 8-channel recording and live viewing at up to 8MP/4K resolution at 30fps. It can play back recordings at 1080p (30fps) for 8 channels, 4MP (30fps) for 4 channels, and 4K (30fps) for 2 channels. It is compatible with all Amcrest WiFi and wired IP cameras, and some third-party brand compliant IP cameras.
• The NVR utilizes advanced H.265 compression technology to save storage space and enable longer recording times without sacrificing video quality. It also offers intelligent search, playback, and backup functions for increased ease of use and security, such as accurate motion detection events and exact search functions.
• The NVR supports AI features from AI IP cameras, with the number of AI features available depending on the specific camera model being used. It can only support 2CH AI cameras at 4K@30fps and does not have built-in AI features. It can connect to and manage all IP cameras on the network directly.
• With a maximum of 80Mbps incoming bandwidth, the NVR can record 8 cameras at 4K using H.264. It can also record 8 cameras at 4K by changing default settings from H.264 to H.265 and adjusting the bit rate to 1792 on each camera for maximum optimization.
